During this massage, the therapist uses fragrant plant-based oils, each having its own unique properties and therapeutic benefits. The oils are applied to and are absorbed through your skin imparting benefits to both your mind and body to improve your mood, alleviate pain and detoxify your body depending on the oils used.

Second and third trimester only. Reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches, joint pain and improve labor and delivery for mom and baby. This massage utilizes Swedish technique to address discomforts associated with skeletal and circulatory changes associated with hormone changes occurring during pregnancy.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a treatment that relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment, trauma or illness blocks your lymphatic system. This technique involves gentle rhythmic movement of lymphatic fluids from an area of damaged or unhealthy lymph vessels to an area with working or healthy lymphatic vessels. MLD is often used to relieve lymph edema after breast cancer surgery and cosmetic surgeries, reduction of generalized swelling and full body detoxification.

The technique involves applying gentle, sustained pressure with a combination of traction, elongation, and compression to correct and lengthen fascia which will relieve pain and restore mobility.
