When you book your appointment, you'll receive an intake form by email—please submit this online as soon as possible so I can review your information before we meet. This allows me to come prepared and maximize our time together.
During your first visit, I'll review your completed health history and ask additional questions about your specific needs and goals. Because massage affects multiple body systems like your cardiovascular and nervous systems, I need to understand your complete health picture to provide the safest, most effective care tailored specifically to you. The more information you share, the better I can support your healing journey.
For the health and comfort of all clients, please arrive freshly showered or reasonably clean. This simple step helps maintain our sanitary standards and creates the optimal environment for your therapeutic treatment. Other than good hygiene, just arrive as you are—I'll take care of everything else to ensure you feel completely comfortable and relaxed during your healing session.
During your first visit, we'll go over your new client assessment, discuss your goals for treatment, and address any special needs you might have. This helps me tailor each session specifically to what your body needs.
