3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking platform, by phone, or in person.
- 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
- Repeat no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards and other options made available through our booking system.
- All payments are processed securely through HIPAA-compliant third-party processors.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must provide accurate health information prior to receiving treatment.
- Services will not be provided if contraindications are present (e.g., fever, infection, recent surgery, or medical risk).
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for safety or ethical reasons.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and health information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with HIPAA, FIPA, and the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR).
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
- Request limitations on data use or sharing.

7. Data Security & Breach Notification

- Professional and ethical behavior is expected from both clients and staff.
- Inappropriate or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and potential reporting to law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability
Massage therapy involves inherent physical contact and risks.
